Fleetwood Mac cancel upcoming tour dates
John McVie is battling cancer.
Legendary soft-rockers Fleetwood Mac are unable to continue their world tour after the sad news that bassist John McVie will be undergoing cancer treatment during planned upcoming November tour dates.
The band apologised for the cancellation of their Australian and New Zealand gigs, adding: “We hope our Australian and New Zealand fans as well as Fleetwood Mac fans everywhere will join us in wishing John and his family all the best.”

67-year-old McVie, who has been a key member of the British-American rock band since its formation in 1967, has just finished a host of extremely popular European gigs including a O2 date in Dublin.
