We'll soon find out when Bono acts as boss of The Independent this month.
The paper has signed up to RED, a scheme set up by Bono to pursuade big businesses to use their financial power to tackle the issue of AIDS in Africa. Other corporations involved include American Express, Gap, Converse and Gorgio Armani.
In his new role, Bono be commissioning articles on the arts, sport, fashion, health, motoring and his favourite topic - politics. And considering the cause, the newspaper will also feature many special features on Africa.
Bono's edition of The Independent will be published on May 16 and half of the revenue will go directly to RED.
