Spotted at HWCH
There were penty of industry movers and shakers to be spotted at the Hard Working Class Heroes unsigned bands festival in Dublin last weekend.
BMG Publishing's Johnny Davis, Setanta Records boss Keith Cullen and Parlophone UK man Julian Hargreaves were all seen checking out the talent on display from the cream of Irish and Scandinavian unsigned acts.
Also spotted were Island Records' Joel Harrison, as well as folk from British indie imprint Fierce Panda and online tipsheet Record Of The Day.
The consensus so far puts Fight Like Apes and Dark Room Notes as the high points of the weekend for both professionals and punters. Raising the most eyebrows however was Queen Kong lead singer Amy Rowntree, who performed most of her band's set in her underwear!
