Julie Feeney comes to the Pepper Canister Church
December 7 is the date.
Her new album Clocks is riding high in the charts so expect there to be a celebratory atmosphere in Dublin's Pepper Canister Church when Julie Feeney takes to the stage (or altar) next month.
The Galway one-woman-orchestra comes to the Dublin venue on December 7.
Tickets are priced at €20 and are available now from Xtravision outlets and [link]www.ticketgroups.ie[/link].
Feeney is currently touring the record around the country – having pitched up at the Draiocht Arts Centre with a choir last night, she's Ballincollig-bound this week, when she plays the White Horse on November 29.
You can also catch her in St. Patrick's Cathedral on December 2 (as part of a Peter McVerry Trust Concert) and reunited with the choir in Castlebar's Linenhall on December 10.
Tickets for that Trust show, which will be raising funds to help the homeless and will also feature Mairtin O'Connor, are onsale now and priced at €25 (€20 concession). Call 01 823 0776 or mail [email protected].
In other Feeney news, she's currently composing her first ever opera (as you do), scheduled for 2013.
