Richie Egan (Jape) will perform a DJ set this Thursday (December 13) to raise funds for Temple Street and Crumlin's Children's Hospitals. Other acts include Large Mound, Johnny Moy and Hot Press' Mark Kavanagh.
Bodytonic and Thumped.com are organising this year's third annual 'Bring The Toys' event, which will take place at The Bernard Shaw, Portobello this Thursday (December 13).
The charity event hopes to raise funds for the Crumlin and Temple Street Childrens' Hospitals, and guests are encouraged to bring (new, packaged) toys as Christmas gifts for kids.
The theme is 'Rockers Vs Ravers', and so the line-up features top dance DJs and indie rockers performing DJ sets.
Richie Egan (Jape) will headline the night with Johnny Moy at 11pm, with the rest of the line-up as follows:
8pm: Rock Jihad vs Neon Love
9pm: Large Mound Mobile Rock Disco vs Al Keegan
10pm: Jim Carroll (Phantom FM/The Irish Times) vs Mark Kavanagh (Hot Press)
Kick off is at 8pm, admission is a toy worth at least €10, or €10 in cash. The organisers ask that toys are not gift wrapped and no plush or furry toys are brought.
