Lana Del Rey has confirmed that she is facing a legal battle with Radiohead over claims she plagiarised their song 'Creep'.
The singer took to social media during the weekend to confirm that the British band has lodged legal proceedings with a copyright infringement lawsuit over her song 'Get Free'.
Despite the obvious similarities, Lana Del Rey insists that she did not plagiarise their song 'Creep' - nevertheless she said that she offered to settle out of court but the offer was rejected.
She said that she can't see any other alternative now but to go to court and battle it out.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote: "It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing - I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court."
