Judge Rules That Prince Had No Will At Time Of Death
The late singer's family is currently not in charge of Prince's estate
A US judge has confirmed that at the time Prince died, he had no will drawn up to distribute his assets.
The legendary artist passed away at his Paisley Park home on April 21, aged 57.
Earlier this week, Prince's sister Tyka, claimed that the singer had made no will. At the time, it was unclear if this was true, but according to court documents obtained by TMZ, the current owner in charge of the singer's 160m fortune is a bank.
