The Irish singer-songwriter performed ‘Always’ for the first time on TV on Brazil’s 'The Noite', which is described as their version of Jimmy Fallon or Graham Norton.
Coinciding with the release of his single ‘Always’, Gavin hit Brazil in May for his first headline tour in the country. He will then be launching into his headline European tour from May 28th onwards.
Talking about the track ‘Always’, Gavin says: “’Always’ is all about loss for me, it was about ending a relationship last year and then Immediately regretting it, so it's pretty apologetic as a tune.
"However, the song can have a lot of different meanings and I’m excited for people to listen to it and make their mind up themselves about what it means to them.”
To accompany the release of ‘Always’, Gavin will be releasing a live performance of the song, shot at the legendary Studio 2 in Abbey Road Studios (home to where many of the greatest albums of all time were recorded – The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Oasis etc).
Gavin upcoming Irish date are:
June 16th – Live at the Marquee, Cork
July 20th – Galway Arts Festival - Big Top
July 21st – King John’s Castle, Limerick
July 28th – Trinity College, Dublin
