Saucy Monky Hit Playboy Radio
Their 'Awkward' video is taking the band into some unusual places...
Saucy Monky, the hot LA/Irish combo, are set for a live appearance on Playboy Radio, one of the stations broadcast by the US Satellite Radio outfit, Sirius/xm. The band will be interviewed by two playmates and will play their acclaimed track 'Awkward' live. The video for the song, with its lavish scenes of Sapphic sex, has proven hugely popular.
"For a change, our male bass player gets to reap some reward for being in our band," Annmarie Cullen – the Dubliner who is joint lead singer and songwriter in the band, alongside New Jersey girl Cynthia Catania – jokes, in advance of the Playboy hook-up.
This outing will be followed by an appearance on Cable TV show Tailgating with Kato Kaelin, where the band will also be interviewed and play 'Awkward'. Kaelin, an actor, surfer, reality TV star and keen poker player, first grabbed headlines as a house guest at the OJ Simpson compound, on the day when Nicole Brown Simpson was murdered. Kaelin, who was a witness in that infamous case, has his own cable TV show that also airs on the web. Saucy Monky will appear at 9pm Irish time on Friday, December 7, at [link]www.filmon.com/#LIVE[/link].
