Interpol announce Dublin date

Interpol will make a hugely-anticipated return to Dublin next April

Interpol have confirmed an April 6 appearance at Dublin's Olympia Theatre. Tickets for the long-awaited of the New York four - their first since August 2003 - will go on sale Friday December 3, priced from €33.

If you can’t wait ‘til then - and have a spare hundred quid to blow - get yourself a plane ticket to Los Angeles post-haste. December 11 sees Interpol stacked up against the likes of Franz Ferdinand, Snow Patrol, The Music, Modest Mouse, The Killers, Muse (and more!) in the 'Almost Acoustic Christmas' extravaganza being staged by LA radio station KROQ.

For those of us unable to attend due to Ryanair's limited flight routes, you can follow the two-day proceedings on KROQ's webcast.
