Paul McGuinness has revealed that there are more U2 remasters in the pipeline.
Speaking on Dublin's Phantom 105.2 last night, he said that the current special edition of The Joshua Tree would be followed by more reissues of the band's classic albums.
McGuinness also cleared up the rumours that surround the filming of the video for 'Where The Streets Have No Name'. The legendary promo was shot on a liquor store rooftop in downtown LA.
It's generally accepted that the police moved quickly to shut down the performance due to traffic concerns. But it turns out that's not quite true - McGuinness said last night that: "...in fact the police were extremely understanding... they kept extending the time we had. Of course that wasn't what we really wanted, we wanted them to close us down, we kept saying 'oh can we just have another half an hour'. They were very very good humoured about it and kept extending the time."

And he says the police were adamant they were going to co-operate, "...the police captain wrote to me and said 'I just want you to write back to me and confirm that in fact we gave you every possible facility and you provoked us into closing you down. My daughter doesn't believe it and she won't believe it unless you tell her."
