Two of Ireland's most exciting bands are on their way to Cork.
Having been off on its summer holliers, the superb Bow Street Sessions – brought to you by Jameson and Hot Press – return in October, and it’s now going on the road!
First stop is the atmospheric Crane Lane Theatre, Cork on October 27, where the stars of the show will be the awesome Wyvern Lingo and Belfast indie-poppers Pleasure Beach.
The Wicklow trio (pictured) have enjoyed a massively successful 12 months, and breaths are well and truly baited for an LP that shouldn’t be too long in coming! Meanwhile, the Northern Irish quintet, who featured prominently in our Hot For 2016 list at the start of the year, excel in the type of anthemic indie rock that’s seen heads turned on both sides of the Atlantic.
Also making an appearance will be two of Ireland’s finest beatboxers, Amaron + Magic – and trust us when we say that these noisemakers need to be seen to be believed!
It promises to be a very special evening on Leeside, which will see collaborations and surprises from some of the country’s finest acts; expect a warm welcome and a thrilling bill of music accompanied by a Jameson, Ginger and Lime… but apart from that, expect the unexpected!
