U2 "70% finished" with next album
Songs of Experience is already nearing completion
We've barely recovered from the surprise arrival of Songs of Innocence, but Adam Clayton claims U2 are a fair way towards completing the follow-up, Songs of Experience.
The bassist did add, however, that the finishing touches on the record could take quite some time.

"I think we've probably got 70 per cent of the material that we think will go onto it," Clayton told Q. "The 30 per cent that we're missing I think we'll be able to generate relatively easily. But the amount of energy it will take to refine the perspective of those songs is hard to predict."
