Young adult version of The Da Vinci Code to be released
An abridged version of the Dan Brown bestseller is due out this year.
The Da Vinci Code is to be reworked for young adults.
Aimed at readers aged 13 and up, the book will be a slimmed down version of the original with the plot remaining unchanged.
The Dan Brown novel was first released 13 years ago and sold over 80 million copies worldwide.
Three years later, Tom Hanks starred in the film adaptation which was hugely successful.
Inferno is a follow up to the film, adapted from Brown's 2013 novel of the same name. It's due for release later this year.
