These New Puritans for Ireland show
Southend punk fourpiece These New Puritans make their Irish debut next month with a show in Dublin.
Domino recording artistes These New Puritans open their Irish account with a February 19 show in Crawdaddy, Dublin.
Prior to that comes the February 1 release of Beat Pyramid, their debut album, which is redolent of Wire, Cabaret Voltaire and The Pop Group – apt given that they were previously allied to Angular Records.
Hailing from Southend-On-Sea, they also have a haute couture bent having soundtracked Hedi Slimane’s Autumn ’07 catwalk show in Paris.
