The Smiths back catalogue remastered by Johnny Marr

Heaven knows Smiths fans won't be miserable when they read this news! Friday September 23 sees the release of Complete, the definitive collection of Smiths albums and compilations as remastered by guitarist Johnny Marr.

The collection includes all four of the band's studio albums – The Smiths, Meat Is Murder, The Queen Is Dead, Strangeways, Here We Come and their sole live album Rank in addition to cult favourite compilations Hatful Of Hollow, The World Won’t Listen and Louder Than Bombs.

In each case, Marr has worked with renowned master-engineer Frank Arkwright at London's Metropolis Studios, often delving into tape sources in a bid to produce the most essential Smiths collection ever assembled.
