The likes of Ryan Tubridy, Nicky Byrne and Jenny Green all have cause to celebrate.
The latest JNLR ratings have been released and it's good news for RTÉ 2fm, though RTÉ Radio 1 continues to leak listeners.
At 2fm, The Ryan Tubridy Show strengthens its position, adding 12,00 listeners to bring it up to a daily total of 189,000 over the past 12 months.
The programme that follows Tubs makes further gains as well. The Nicky Byrne Show with Jenny Green is up 10,000 to 150,000 total.
Elsewhere at the station, Rick O'Shea also gains 10,000 and Breakfast Republic adds 9,000 listeners.
It's a different story at RTÉ Radio 1. Despite Claire Byrne gaining a big 14,000 listeners and Seán O’Rourke climbing over the 300,000 mark once more, their traditional flagship show Morning Ireland shed 9,000 listeners to make a 417,000 total. It remains the number one week day show in the country, though Newstalk Breakfast continues to put up a good battle against it, adding 35,000 listeners over the past 12 months.
Drivetime is also down 3,000 since January.
With the percentage changes falling in the margin for error for now, Radio 1 will be looking to the long game for concrete evidence of where they stand.
Also of note is the battle for Cork's hearts, minds and ears, and Neil Prendeville's controversial move to Red FM appears to be paying off for the station.
They saw a 3% boost to their average weekday listenership, with Prendeville's former employers, 96FM, dropping 2%.
Cork's 96FM remains market leader (29%) but Red FM (27%) are breathing down their neck.
Overall, it was good news for Irish radio, with total listenership up 37,000 over the year.
