Juno Falls sign record deal
Dublin's Juno Falls have signed a worldwide record deal with V2.
The relationship is set to bear fruit almost immediately, with the folk-popsters releasing their mini-album Atom Bomb on September 21. That’s speedily followed on October 26 by Myles O’Reilly & Co’s new full-length offering.
Having written the majority of the songs in Dingle, O’Reilly survived a serious crash to bring ‘em back to the capital where former Brando bassist Elton Mullaly and drummer Dave Lawless added their input.
The trio are just back from the UK where, as a result of Fran Healy hearing ‘The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off’ on their MySpace and loving it, they got to support Travis for a month.
