Duke Special and MayKay to lend voices to a gig with a difference
The theatrical Belfast man and the Front woman with Ireland's favorite synth slingers Fight Like Apes will provide vocals for a night
The pair will perform some of the most memorable music written for modern film, backed by a jazz quartet.
Jazz pianist and composer, Cian Boylan will be directing proceedings with his quartet as they take the audience on a trip from Magnolia to Monsters Inc., from The Wizard Of Oz and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to one of the most provocative film scores in the last number of years, Up.
The concert will take place Thursday July 1 at 8pm in the John Field room of the National Concert Hall.
