The classic song, performed by Eimear Quinn, is among the tracks on a new EBU collection to coincide with the massive UN conference in Paris
Brendan Graham's iconic track 'The Voice', winner of Eurovision 1995 and performed by Eimear Quinn, is among the songs featured on a new compilation put together by the European Broadcasting Union.
To coincide with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP21), in Paris, the Planet Earth Sound Project brings together songs from each of the 24 countries in the EBU - and Graham's composition has been selected as the Irish contribution.
The tracks - currently streaming on the EBU YouTube Channel - have also been sent to national broadcasters across the union, with the hope of having an effect on the general global consciousness of the dangers of climate change.

To that end, each artist involved was asked to weigh in with their concerns about climate change, by answering the simple question, 'Why do I care for the climate?’
In response, Brendan Graham said, "The planet is a living, breathing thing… it lives with us and it can die with us." Eimear Quinn, meanwhile, offered a plea for people to open their eyes – and ears. "The biggest obstacle to improving how we treat our planet is the will to change, and the will to listen to the problem.’'
