The Phil Lynott statue is due to return to its home on Harry Street on August 15 at 11am.
The memorial sustained two serious cracks when it was knocked from its plinth in the early morning of May 10.
Philomena Lynott will conduct the unveiling and there are various other events planned for that weekend, which precedes Phil’s 64th birthday on August 20.
On Saturday 17 there will be celebratory drinks in Bruxelles from 6pm which Philomena will attend. The following day there will be an advance birthday celebration in The Bloody Stream in Howth from 3pm with Philomena as special guest, music will be provided by Jimmy Coup.
The fully restored statue will be brought back to its previous location and Dublin City Council have installed improved foundations to ensure a similar incident does not occur again.
"I'm honoured that Philip is so well loved here, if only he had known how much he was going to be missed," said Philomena. "Everyone is delighted the statue is coming back. I would like to thank Hot Press and all the fans for their support over the years."
