The music of Westeros is going on tour.
The explosive finale of Game of Thrones Season 6 confirmed how great the music has always been in the series. Who didn't enjoy the haunting brilliance of the music in 'that scene' featuring Cersei - which will remain nameless in case fans haven't seen the episode?
All fans get excited when they hear the main theme. It usually announces the arrival of a hotly anticipated new episode.
Naturally, for fans of the series, news of an orchestral tour is a god-send.
Composer Ramin Djawadi plans to put together a 28-city tour. Using a full orchestra and choir, he will depict some of the most iconic scenes from the show and broadcast them to fans on LED screens.
The composer wants to create an experience that is "epic" and "involved"
The tour will kick off in February next year in Kansas City.

Who knows, if the American tour goes well, maybe the ballads of Westeros will cross European shores?
It would certainly make the unbearably long wait for the new series more manageable.
