Damon Albarn dragged offstage at Roskilde
When a five-hour set showed no sign of stopping, drastic action was required
Value for money is one thing, but Damon Albarn appeared to outstay his welcome at Roskilde this weekend.
The Danish festival was hosting a performance from the Blur man's Africa Express project, and even after five hours of action showed no signs of stopping.
With the clocks pushing 4am, organisers were forced to take matters into their own hands, and when Albarn couldn't be talked into retreating, a burly bouncer was sent to sweep the frontman off his feet and off the stage.
Don't worry though - it all seems to have been pretty good humoured; a fan-shot video of the incident is below.
