US presidential candidate continues to play ‘Skyfall’ and ‘Rolling in the deep’ despite the singer’s objection
Donald Trump has ignored Adele’s objection to the use of her music on his US Presidential campaign tour.
A spokesperson for Adele issued the statement earlier this week that “Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning”.
Despite the singer’s clear objection the presidential candidate has since seen fit to play ‘Rolling in the deep’ and ‘Skyfall’ at a rally in New Hampshire.

Trump had been using Adele’s music at Republican rallies with out her prior knowledge or consent since November. The reaction on the star's behalf followed tweets from fans which alerted the singer to the role her music was playing in the presidential candidate’s propaganda.
Adele is not the first musician to admonish Trump for this act: she joins artists including Neil Young, REM’s Michael Stipe and Aerosmith singer Stephen Tyler who have all issued statements denying Trump the use of their music in his campaign to become president.
Unfortunately Donald Trump does not seem to consider this fact important.
