The Offaly lads will hit the road this June, following their cover of the dance classic.
Taking their influence from their Celtic rock and trad roots, Niall, Jack, Arthur, and Shane have decided to put their own unique stamp on one of the most well-known songs ever to top the Irish charts, 'Maniac 2000'! And they've done it in style.
Originally a number one for Mark McCabe in the first year of the noughties, the midlands men have transformed it into a musical lifeforce for a new generation, with a banjo-driven intensity which also highlights the band's own high-energy spirit, as well as the obvious sense of enjoyment they take from being in each other's company and entertaining fans.
The lads shot their music video on a recent trip to The Irish Village Dubai on St. Patricks Day. Since it's release online Friday, the twisted-trad take on this anthem has taken on a life of its own, garnering praise from the nations media outlets, over 75K YouTube views (and counting) and currently trending at #7!!
