Supergrass: “Mansize Rooster” (Parlophone)
Supergrass provide a spirited, utterly familiar brew of glam-punk, Madness-derived ska and Beach Boys harmonies. It might sound like a recipe for disaster, but it really gels into something quite unique, and it’s great fun. If you can sit still through this, you must be asleep.
