Anonymous hackers have supposedly gained access to several unreleasedGame of Thrones episodes.
HBO has confirmed that the network suffered a cyberattack this week. The hacker/hackers supposedly gained access to 1.5 terabytes of data, including full episodes and written material from Game of Thrones.
In an official statement, the network stated, “HBO recently experienced a cyber incident, which resulted in the compromise of proprietary information. We immediately began investigating the incident and are working with law enforcement and outside cybersecurity firms.”
The anonymous intruder has yet to post the Game of Thrones episodes, but may have already leaked programming from shows Baller and Room 104.
