The post-Picnic gig announcements just keep on coming with the news that legendary Ska group The Beat will take in a Belfast date on Thursday December 19 when they headline The Limelight 2.

Having caught them on the Main Stage at this year's Electric Picnic, Team Hot Press can confirm they're in very fine fettle indeed. Tickets priced £17 + booking fee go on sale this Friday September 6 via Ticketmaster and usual outlets.
