Surgical spirit
To coincide with the release of Clinic's new album, Walking With Thee, we take you back to last year's Witnness festival where Clinic wisely took extra hygiene precautions - surgical masks and all - for their friendly chat with Hot Press...
The rather lovably eccentric Liverpudlian four-piece have just released their second album proper, following 2000's much-touted Internal Wrangler. Likened to the Velvet Underground by virtue of their late-sixties arthouse air, Clinic are still feeling the benefit of being Thom Yorke's support band of choice, an Oprah-style mark of approval in this business.
Click below on the part you want to watch:
PART ONE Mask persuasion - the Clinic spin doctors proffer their remedy for the ailing state of pop 56k 128k
PART TWO Radiohead's favourite support act plot their advance out of the circus tent and on to the, er, paddlesteamer 56k 128k
