Debut album Absolute Zero will be with us in April...
Dublin five-piece Little Green Cars have released details of their debut album. The 11-tracker titled Absolute Zero will be released on April 26.
Little Green Cars haven't being wasting any time in 2013. Already they can boast an inclusion on the BBCs Sound Of 2013 shortlist, an appearance at Eurosonic festival, and the release of new video/single 'Harper Lee, so far this year.
And now comes the news that their highly-anticipated debut album Absolute Zero will be released this April.
"This record constantly jumps between two contrasting perspectives: the beauty of a reckless youth and the fear and confusion caused by our ever-pending adulthood," says lead-singer Stevie Appleby.
"It's a hopeful and naïve look at love and life in general but also deals with isolation, unrequited love and madness. We wanted to express both a feeling of strength and vulnerability, so the work had to encompass both the light and dark."
