The Wicklow native is the latest to join a stellar lineup - including Ed Sheeran, Esperanza Spalding, and more - playing gigs around the world for a great cause.
Sofar Sounds - a network hosting intimate gigs around the world - is teaming up with Amnesty International for a set of special gigs in support of refugees. The project, called Give A Home, is all about uniting music lovers across the world for a common cause. Ireland's own Hozier has been confirmed as the headliner for the Dublin gig- which will be held on September 20 in a secret location. More artists will be announced for the gig as well.
"There's something wonderful about sharing a live music experience in the warmth and closeness of someone's home...I'm thrilled to be taking part in the Give a Home gigs," Hozier said in a quote from the announcement.
Spaces at the gig are limited - if you want a chance to attend the Dublin gig or any of the other gigs around the world, sign up at sofarsounds.com
