Kevin Shields speaks in shoegazing documentary
Former My Bloody Valentine frontman Kevin Shields in among those interviewed in a new documentary on the shoegazing movement. Billy Corgan and Trent Reznor also feature.
Kevin Shields is one of the lynchpins contributing to Beautiful Noise, a documentary on the late ‘80s/early ‘90s shoegazing movement, which is being made by Eric Green and his LA-based Hypnagogia production company.
Due to premiere in spring 2008, other interviewees include Mark Gardener, Andy Bell, Bobby Gillespie, Simon Reynolds, Wayne Coyne, Trent Reznor, Billy Corgan and Robert Smith.
Being partial to sonic cathedrals and ethereal shards of noise ourselves, we cannot wait!
