The tasty three-dayer is taking place next April at Trabolgan...
Ireland is to get a brand new, All Tomorrow’s Parties-style festival next spring.
Running from April 13-15 in East Cork’s Trabolgan holiday centre, It Takes A Village will be welcoming the likes of Young Fathers, Andrew Weatherall, Talos, Fujiya & Miyagi, Brian Deady, The Altered Hours, Le Boom, Oh Pep!, Donal Dineen, John Daly, Bitch Falcon, Anna Mieke, Seamus Fogarty, Cian Finn, Sunday Times, Strength NIA, Lilla Vargen, My Name Is John, Ryan Vail, Kevin Barry, Sim Simma, Bocs Social and many more!
There will be three main venues and a multitude of pop-up stages spread over the 120-acre site. Accommodation is provided by the 150 self-catering houses and apartments and 35 fully serviced campervan sites.
With a swimming pool, wavemaker, slide and hot tub plus go-karting, archery, 5-a-sde footie, zip line, climbing walls and crazy golf, it sounds like a serious blast.
The promoters are Joe Kelly and Ed O’Leary, AKA The Good Room, who also have Live At St. Luke’s and Crosstown Drift on their festival CV.
Tickets for the strictly over-21s affair go on sale at 4pm on Thursday December 7 from ittakesavillage.fm
