The Dublin trio are the best-selling act in Britain this week.
We brought you news that The Script had debuted at number one on the Irish Albums Chart on Friday and this morning we have confirmation they've done the same in the UK.
Their fourth album, No Sound Without Silence, is in with a golden bullet across the Irish Sea.
It is the third time the Dubliners have had a number one album in the UK.
They fended off some heavyweight competition from Barbara Streisand. Her duets album, Partners, features the likes of Michael Buble, Elvis Presley and Lionel Richie and debuts at number two. Sam Smith's In The Lonely Hour has to settle for third position.
The Script recently sat down with Hot Press' Stuart Clark for an in-depth chat. Read the revealing cover piece right here.
