The Hot Sprockets and The Eskies performing as part of Dublin festival this August
Whelans, The Workman's Club, Sweeney's, and The Button Factory among the venues to showcase independent musicians as part of the Jack of Diamonds Rhythm and Roots Festival from August 16-18
Acts performing during the festival include The Eskies, The Hot Sprockets, and I Draw Slow.
The festival is free-to-attend and will display the best folk, blues, trad, rockability and roots the country has to offer at the moment.
The festival borrows it's unusual name from Rory Gallagher's rendition of 'The Cuckoo.'
