Fresh from a triumphant Electric Picnic performance, the grunge pop band have announced a headline show at Whelans, Dublin on November 11.
Having opened the stage for Red Hot Chili Peppers at this year's Tennent's Vital and storming the festival circuit throughout Europe, Otherkin have been making quite a name for themselves this summer, not least from the positive reception they've gotten for their boisterous live shows ( The Guardian picked them as one of the festival highlights from Reading & Leeds).
Otherkin's growing live following is no doubt a result of the success that songs like "Ay Ay" and "Feel It" have enjoyed. Both singles made traction with BBC Radio 1 and MTV Rocks and secured the band a prestigious Other Voices slot. Now the Dublin-based band are coming home to one of the cities best loved music venues for a headline performance.
Tickets are €13 and go on sale Wednesday, 7th September at 9am.
