The comedian has been accused of masturbating on several different occasions in the presence of appalled women.
Five women have all made allegations of inappropriate behaviour against Louis CK in an article published in the New York Times.
It prompted the comedian to pull out of a scheduled TV interview and also for the film company behind his new movie to cancel its premiere.
Comedians Dana Min Goodman and Julia Wolov are claiming that CK pleasured himself in front of them in a hotel room back in 2002 while they were attending a comedy event in Aspen.
They told how they thought he was joking when he asked if he could wank off in front of them. "And then he really did it."
One women said that she declined when he shockingly asked out-of-the-blue "if we could go to my dressing room so he could masturbate in front of me".
Another woman said: “I think the line gets crossed when you take all your clothes off and start masturbating."
A publicist for Louis CK said last night: “Louis is not going to answer any questions.”
