She is all set to shake up the dancefloor with singer Will Young and Ed Balls in the coming series.

Whitmore has always wanted to take part in the show, but the timing was never right. Studying Irish dancing at an early age, dancing has always been a passion of hers. Now, her dream has come true and she is determined to "embrace the sequins."

The excited star couldn't wait to share the good news with her fans tweeting:
