The sun is out and the Hot Press Speakeasy tent is open for business.
Disciples were our first guests in the tent for the inaugural Speakeasy interview of the weekend.
Before they left the boys recommended that everyone go to see Booka Shade this weekend, informed us that the future of music is Belgian House, and teased a new release in July that will feature a surprise special guest.
Laughter Lounge MC Andrew Stanley was up next – "The Fatboy Slim of North Dublin". Although, he did admit that dancing wasn't his swag, Andrew went on to entertain the crowd with stories of clothes swapping at festivals, the bad kind of 'going viral' and his role in RTE's Charlie. The comedian told Hot Press Colm O'Regan about not tweeting, Facebooking or even telling anyone about his role as Patrick Gallagher as he was convinced his part as "The prick who started the Celtic Tiger" would be cut from the show.
Of course we still have the mighty Fatboy Slim dropping by for some chat in just a little while before his set later this evening. Don't forget to stop by and see what the Funk Soul Brother has to say.
