In an effort to combat touts, MCD have put an extra 1,500 tickets on sale for each of Eminem's Punchestown Racecourse shows next week.
Limited to four per person, they're available immediately from the usual Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
"Genuine music fans have been ripped off by touts for too long and we don't want people to pay exorbitant prices to see Eminem," says MCD spokesman Justin Green.
Echoing those sentiments, Ticketmaster General Manager Eamonn O'Connor adds: "Ticket touting is a nasty business and by putting these extra tickets on sale now we hope to put them out of business for the Eminem show."
The move comes just a few weeks after a Garda warning about forgeries, many of which were being sold through magazine and newspaper classifieds.
According to MCD, Eminem tickets have been changing hands for up to ten times their €52.50 face value.
