Who's your pick?
It's that time of year again as the countdown begins to crown the winner of this year's coveted Mercury Prize.
As expected, the hotly-tipped Alt-J make the shortlist with impressive debut An Awesome Wave (though they have marginally slipped down the bookies' odds) while there are also nods for recent Hot Press cover star Plan B, Lianne La Havas, Django Django and more. The recipient(s) of the award and its £20,000 prize will be announced on November 1.
