Chvrches singer Lauren Mayberry calls out misogynist behaviour after release of the band's 'Leave A Trace' video
Yesterday the Glasgow band unveiled the video for their new track 'Leave A Trace', in which Mayberry walks on water with a dark and moving sky as the background. Last night Mayberry condemned negative misogynistic remarks about her video on Twitter and replied by saying: "Dear anyone who thinks misogyny isn't real. It is and this is what it looks like" Mayberry is no stranger to speaking out against misogyny stating in The Guardian in 2013 that she received these messages on a daily basis. The band's album is due out September 25
