The festival of Irish music returns after 7 years
Bob Dylan will headline the inagural London Feis, to be held in Finsbury Park on Saturday June 18. It will be the legendary icon's only UK date this summer and is surely an excellent coup for the festival organiser Vince Power, who has relaunched and rebranded the festival from the old London Fleadh that ran until 2004. The festival ran for 14 years and has celebrated Irish music with previous headliners including Van Morrison, The Corrs and Christy Moore.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning, Friday available from [link]www.seetickets.com[/link] and [link]www.hmvtickets.com[/link] and are a pretty reasonable £70 (you're seeing a living legend after all!) while kids under 12 go free in what has always been a family-friendly day.
The rest of the line-up, to happen over 3 stages will be announced soon.
