Pop superstar Adele has reportedly begun work on her next record, according to The Sun.
It would mark her first release since 2015’s 25 and her fourth full-length overall.
The 30-year-old Londoner is said to have met with music bosses earlier in the month, with plans to spend this summer writing the new record.
According to The Sun, where the story was first reported, Adele is working towards a Christmas release date.
“She’s back in the UK and intends to write here. A number of studio musicians have been approached to work with her and she’s already penned some of the songs," a source told The Sun.

The new update marks one of the first major developments for Adele since vocal chord damage forced her to cancel two Wembley Stadium shows in 2017.
She has also been campaigning recently for families of the victims of last year's Grenfell Tower fire, recently performing a tribute at a memorial.
