It was the first time the new single had been performed on the small screen
The One Direction lads have been branching out into their own projects as of late. With Niall Horan's other recent single "This Town" already certified platinum in Ireland, flying solo seems to be working out quite well for the 23-year-old star. His latest single "Slow Hands" made its television debut with a performance on The Ellen Show.
There have been many rumours about when to expect Horan's first solo album, but in a recent interview with Carson Daly, the pop star was keeping it vague. "End of fall, or the start of winter, I guess," he said. "I've decided to ride it out, see what happens and then kind of let people know when I'm ready to go." He assured fans that there is more than enough material for a new album, saying he's trying to narrow down a tracklist from at least 50 songs, and citing Fleetwood Mac as a key inspiration for the album.
