WATCH: Kanye West debuts new material live
He played songs from Yeezus at the Governor's Ball.
Over the weekend, Kanye appeared at an NYC music festival and took the opportunity to give the crowd a taster of what's to come from his new record Yeezus.
He played five newies including the already unveiled 'Black Skinheads' and 'New Slaves', and it sounds like the new LP is going to be his most abrasive, least radio-friendly to date. Mr. West himself said:
"Honestly, when I listen to radio, that ain't where I wanna be no more. At this point, I could give a fuck about selling a million records, as long as I put out an album that you can rock to all motherfucking summer."
