Vote now for the Festival Awards Europe

The finalists of the European Festival Awards have just been revealed, with Oxegen, Electric Picnic, Castepalooza and Indiependence all up for awards. In the category of 'Best Newcomer', both Villagers and Two Door Cinema Club have made the shortlist.

After a month of voting by more than 200,000 people worldwide (over twice the total number cast last year), the final round of voting is now open. The poll will close for good on December 8.

Festival Awards Europe, presented by YOUROPE and Virtual Festivals Europe, will take place on Wednesday 12th January 2011 at Groningen's Stadsschouwburg in The Netherlands, as part of the 25th Anniversary of Eurosonic Noorderslag.
