Toby Kaar announces Whelan's show

Hot Press Hot For 2011 act – thanks to Albert and Team Plug’d for the heads up – Toby Kaar plays his first Upstairs @ Whelan’s headliner on March 5 with Coherex supporting.
You can also catch the Cork electronica merchant on February 9 in the Mercantile, Whelan’s sister venue, which resides on Dame Street.
