Ting Tings forced to cancel upcoming Academy show

"Logistical reasons" have been cited as the cause, as confirmation comes this morning that Manc DIY popsters The Ting Tings are no longer Dublin-bound next month. Jules and Katie had been scheduled to play The Academy on June 20 to showcase somewhat difficult second album Welcome To Nowheresville.
The band have stated that the decision was beyond the control but also took the time to apologise for any inconvenience caused. No rescheduled date has been announced and ticket buyers can obtain a full refund at point of purchase.
