The Streets to release final album
Computers & Blues is scheduled for February 2011
Mike Skinner is gearing up to release what will be the last Streets' album. A shame when you consider this was the act that brought you 2004's excellent A Grand Don't Come For Free , less so when you recall 2006's woeful, woe-is-me A Hard Way To Make An Easy Living and 2008's patchy Everything Is Borrowed.
Entitled Computers & Blues, a countdown timer on The Streets' official website shows that album will drop on February 7. The Birmingham rapper has said that's he's sick of The Streets name and the connotations that come with it. Let's hope they go out a high.
